The Bribie Island Golf Club offers a range of venue options for weddings, parties and other significant events.  Our more intimate function room with its own bar will seat up to 80 people.  Our larger function area, incorporating the bistro and Clubhouse lounge will seat up to 250 but is also an excellent venue for up to 160 people when our professional parquetry dance floor is utilised.

The Clubhouse looks out over the course and is a wonderful setting for wedding and special occasion photographs.

The venue hire rates are very reasonable and include set up and removal time and beverage service staff for weddings, engagements, parties etc seeking exclusive use of one of our function areas.  Some extra charges will aplly for Public Holidays and may also apply for  Sunday and Monday evenings when we are normally closed.

Catering Services

Our catering service is able to design a menu to suit every event and to reflect your special occasion.  Sample menus are available upon request and include a full range of menus and serving styles including canapes, hot platters, full buffet, carvery style, and alternate drop with full table service is available and all at great value prices. Once you have reveiwed the sample menus then our Catering Manager, Vicki Carius, is very happy to sit with you and plan your own touches.

Vicki and our Function Managers can assist with advice on any decorating or other arrangements to make your event a very memorable one.  We look forward to hearing from you on telephone 3408 1457.

Beverage Services

By choosing to have your important function at the Bribie Island Golf Club you have access to the experienced professionals at the Club who can advise and assist you with all your drinks requirments.

We will sit with you and discuss the function arrangements, ensuring that the drinks available are in keeping with your style and wishes.  We can advise on sparkling wines for toasts and arrange very good discounts for case purchases for the function.  Our house wines are of good quality from Brown Brothers and we have an excellent range of popular wines from Rosemount, Wyndham Estate, Montana, Houghtons, Sirromet and many other wineries.  We are happy to order in special wines to meet your needs if we do not regularly stock them.

Your guests can also enjoy a range of local and imported beers, at some of the best prices on Bribie Island!  Our bar stocks an extensive range of spirits, softdrinks, juices and waters and we are sure to have something to suit everyone.
