Golf

Bribie Island Golf Club is a popular destination for a day trip or a weekend break from Brisbane as well as longer holidays. The Club welcomes you, whatever your length of stay, and we have golfing opportunities for all skill levels.

 Important information for visitors

The following information will help to make your visit more enjoyable:

On the Course

1.  Our dress rules are casual but tidy.  No footy gear, tee-shirts or singlets.   Men should have a collared shirt and long socks.  Beach wear is for the beach so no sandals or swimwear on the course.

2.  We love our great putting surfaces so we are now a soft spikes only course.  Sports shoes are fine.

3.  In order to keep everyone moving we require that each player has their own set of golf clubs.  You can hire clubs  from the Golf Shop.

3.  Our Golf Shop has carts for hire   but if you want to bring your own please be aware that it is electric carts only and we will need to sight evidence of your accident insurance cover.

4.  Alcohol may be consumed on the course but only alcohol purchased at the Club.  We have a drinks cart on the course on Sundays and we are happy to make arrangements for prior purchase of drinks for early groups.  Please drink alcohol in moderation.

In the Clubhouse:

1.  Our washrooms and toilets open at 6am

2.  The Clubhouse opens at 9am.  Clean golf footwear is fine in the clubhouse, also sandals.  No rubber thongs, bare feet or socks without shoes please.

3.  Most Sundays the barbeque offers bacon and egg burgers, hamburgers and a sausage sizzle from early until around 2pm.

4.  To see what other dining options are available click here or telephone the Club on (07) 3408 1457
